While summer is coming quickly to an end, there are still many events and special to experience in the Smokies. Not to mention the kids going back to school means you can enjoy lower rates and smaller crowds in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. Here are a few special events worth noting. - September 6-7: Smoky Mountain Street Dreams & Bike Show in Sevierville
- Car show, Swap Meet, Vendors, Concessions & Live Music!
- September 7: Stillwell Festival in historic downtown Sevierville
- Indulge in southern cooking with open-fire cooking demonstrations by acclaimed chefs along with craft beer, regional artists and live music
- September 9 - October 28: Dollywood Harvest Festival at Dollywood
- Get an early start on fall with the special lineup of performers at Dollywood's annual harvest festival
- September 12-14: Fall Rod Run 2024 in Pigeon Forge
- Car enthusiasts won't want to miss this event with hundreds of show cars
